2023 Iowa Hawkeyes Football

I photographed five games at Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City, Iowa on assignment for the Ottumwa Courier in 2023. Here is a collection of top photographs from the season. The Hawkeyes finished the regular season with a 10-2 record despite losing their starting quarterback to injury early in the season. Continued offensive woes led to significant pressure on offensive coordinator Brian Ferentz, son of head coach Kirk Ferentz, and ultimately it was announced that Brian Ferentz would not return in 2024.
